DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\nHelp raise some money for the arts\, enjoy a fashion show and bid on some fun previously loved clothing in our unique silent auction. Enjoy the muscial talents of Sarah Leo while you mingle and place your bids. Some refreshments will be provided. \n\n\n\n\n\n  \nEvent Details: \n\n7pm  – mingle and look at the previously loved but gently worn clothing that were donated by our members. Each clothing item will have a item number and a bag attached to the hanger. Write you name bidding number and best bid on a slip of paper and place your bid in the bag of the item you wish to bid on. When the auction closes the highest bid in each bag wins.\n8pm – Auction is closed and volunteers will start going through the bids. While this is going on\, enjoy a fashion show with outfits provided by The Top Drawer Consignment Store. All items in the fashion show are availale for sale at Top Drawer after the event.\nAfter the fashion show stay for some more music\, mingling and winning bid announcements.\nIf you win a bid\, collect your item and pay at the desk.  We accept credit cards\, cash\, debit\, and cheques.\nEvent ends between 9-9:30pm\n\n  \n  \nSponsored and supported by The Top Drawer Consignment Store. He is an accomplished singer songwriter\, music producer\, entertainer\, multi-instrumentalist and president of his own companies Rescue Records\, and Parent Publishing and Productions.\nHe has been performing professionally for more than 40 years and has released 9 original albums featuring his own compositions\, many of which include self-produced music videos. In 2021 The Spirit Of Christmas C\n  \nD and a live album entitled Feelin’ Alive! were both released internationally and are available on all major distribution platforms.\nFoster is no stranger to large crowds and the rigors of touring. He was front man of his own band called Falcon\, signed with Quality Records in the 80s\, and lead guitarist for several years with WEA’s Ray Materick of ‘Linda Put The Coffee On’ fame.\nFoster was a professional music teacher for over 20 years. He has studied rock\, jazz\, Chet Atkins finger style\, Hawaiian\, and classical guitar\, having been awarded two silver medals from the Royal Conservatory of Music.

Each participant will produce stylish prints which can be made into cards\, collages or embedded into other art projects. Participants can create an accordion book with designs as the main class project.\nTo suit your scheduling needs\, we’re offer two sessions: 1:00 to 2:30 PM or 6:00 to 7:30 PM. Select either the afternoon or evening session when registering.\nThese classes are suitable for art beginners through to experienced printmakers who love colour and patterns. DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a fun afternoon of learning and sharing as you work to create a beautiful hand-painted table runner. Build your understanding of fabric painting and preparation as Pipi Tustian walks you through her pattern-building techniques. This workshop will cover shape structure\, colour layering\, and brush stroke exploration. All materials included.\nWe will begin with a fabric practice sampler\, giving you the space to play without fear\, before creating on your very own washable runner. Pipi will guide\, but never direct\, as she gives you room to colour outside of the lines.\nOn the day:\n– Wear a big smile and clothing that can get paint on it.\n– Should you wish to buy additional PIPI Fabric Paint for your own use at home\, colours will be available for purchase at the workshop.
