Heart on the Hill project grand opening

Drum roll please . . . grand opening of the LRCA Heart on the Hill building at the corner of Buller Street and Third Avenue is finally set. Mark Saturday, March 25 in your calendars, noon to 4 p.m. with an official ribbon-cutting at 2 p.m. (with Ladysmith Mayor Aaron Stone presiding). Cake, snacks, video, tours and music by local Peace Love Joy Band and Ladysmith Brass is already scheduled. The organizing team is looking forward to the community enjoying the new 36-unit affordable housing project.
