The Ladysmith Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Ladysmith Downtown Business Association, will be holding a Municipal Candidates Forum.

TIME: 6:30PM (Doors open at 6PM)
LOCATION: Aggie Hall, 1110 1st Avenue, Ladysmith

This non-partisan event is free and open to all community members. No registration required.

Hear directly from candidates for Mayor & Council of Ladysmith in a live discussion. They will answer questions and share their perspectives and priorities for our community ahead of the Municipal Election on October 17, 2026. In the interest of time, we will not be accepting questions from the floor, but will invite members of the community to submit questions ahead of time.

All efforts will be made to ensure all submitted questions are asked during the event. If we run out of time and a question isn’t asked, the candidate will be given the option to respond by email afterward.

The Candidates Forum will be livestreamed and recorded and available for viewing online.
